By accessing and using SEDI's Smart EDI Platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Service.
Description of Service
SEDI provides a cloud-based Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) platform that enables businesses to:
- Process and manage EDI documents
- Connect with trading partners
- Map and transform data formats
- Monitor transaction workflows
- Access analytics and reporting tools
User Accounts
Account Creation
- You must provide accurate and complete information
- You are responsible for maintaining account security
- You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
- One person or entity may not maintain multiple accounts
Account Responsibilities
- Maintain the confidentiality of your sign-in credentials
- Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
- Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
- Use the Service only for legitimate business purposes
Acceptable Use
Permitted Uses
- Process legitimate business EDI transactions
- Integrate with authorized trading partners
- Use provided APIs within documented limits
- Access analytics for your own business data
Prohibited Uses
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
- Transmit malicious code or harmful content
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems
- Reverse engineer or copy our software
- Use the Service for competitive analysis
- Overload or disrupt our infrastructure
Data and Privacy

- Integration code you develop is your property
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SEDI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business interruption.
Our total liability for any claims arising from these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Termination
Termination by You
- Cancel your subscription at any time
- 30-day notice required for annual plans
- Data export available for 90 days after termination
- No refunds for partial billing periods
Termination by Us
- Immediate termination for Terms violations
- 30-day notice for non-payment issues
- Right to suspend Service during investigations
- Data retention subject to legal requirements
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Delaware.

Changes to Terms
